Ski amadé from A to Z

The Jagahütte is located directly on the exit of the slope No. 5 Hochbrand at the confluence of the slope Himmelreich No. 10 at 1600 m. The cozy dining room with a great ambience invites you to linger. The sunny terrace is a perfect place for ski tourers an skiers as well. The Jagahütte also offers overnight acccommodation for up to 12 people. 

For some it is top comfort, for others a stylish interior or superlative sports facilities. We think: leisure is the greatest luxury of all. This heavenly state of being, threatened with extinction, was already considered the "sister of freedom" in the time of Aristotle. Freedom to organize your thoughts, to gain knowledge, to rise above the "small and small" of everyday life and to cultivate your own interpretation of a fulfilled life. Everything in the Sonnhof is geared towards this. It offers space to develop. Time to find yourself. Inspiration to grow. And fantastic framework conditions to enjoy in every conceivable form.

Here you can do EVERYTHING and have NOTHING to do. This is ensured by a cozy ambience with only 39 exclusive accommodations, a contemporary 4-star superior standard, an unbeatable location directly on the slopes of the Pongau mountains and a heartfelt personal "adults preferred" guest culture. Here you can revive freed from all constraints and experience the pure Austrian way of life. Enter DAS EDELWEISS and immediately feel the cosiness that is literally in the air. In the Alpine Lounge, the spaciousness of the luxury resort in Salzburger Land and its familiar warmth can already be sensed. The rooms and suites immediately make you feel at home – earthy colours and natural materials such as stone, glass and wood create a unique atmosphere. The highlight is the NEW south wing with spacious family suites and the NEW Family Spa.

The award-winning EDELWEISS Mountain Cuisine indulges you in various rooms and focuses on the use of local ingredients. The market square, the fine dining restaurant and the new Sirloin steak restaurant promise further culinary highlights. Wine connoisseurs get their money's worth in the Kork & Gloria wine bar. In winter, the Talstadtion gondola and the ski slope are right next door. The high-end ski depot, our own ski rental and shop round off the perfect winter holiday.
 

Programme during the Ski & Wine Enjoyment Week from 9th to 16th March, 2024

SUNDAY
(Optional) Exclusive gondola dinner in the Hochbrand cable car with aperitif reception and wine accompaniment with the exquisite Ski amadé wines (can be booked for € 125.00 per person / when booking the gondola dinner, € 25.00 per person will be deducted for the dinner not taken).
Exclusively bookable – limited number of participants. Please inform the reception desk.

WEDNESDAY
"Weinroas" with many top Austrian winegrowers in 12 hotels in the Grossarl Valley. Take the shuttle bus or walk from hotel to hotel. Collect stamps for your wine passport and win great prizes. Award ceremony at the Wine & Gourmet Gala on Friday. You will receive the "Wine Pass" on arrival. It entitles you to free entry to the Weinroas. The winegrower Gustav Krug will be represented at DAS EDELWEISS, where you will be spoilt with flying sushi and beautiful background music from the JPS Band.
