Nach dem Skitag ist Glieder entspannen angesagt, aber ein paar neue Entdeckungen haben noch Platz. So fährt man ins Tal und dort entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Skibus ins Ortszentrum von Großarl. Im Troadkastn“, dem neuen Bauernladen in Großarl locken unzählige heimische Schmankerl, vom typischen Sauerkäse über selbst geräucherten Speck bis hin zum süßen Almrosenblüten-Honig (geöffnet Di, Mi, Fr, Sa). Direkt gegenüber befindet sich das Atelier Astei mit traditioneller, überwiegend aber zeitgenössisch moderner Schnitzkunst. Für Anhänger zeitlos schöner Trachtenmode findet sich unweit das 2018 neu eröffnete Geschäft von „Almsommer Trachtenmode“.

On three downhills in the skiarea Zauchensee-Flachauwinkl you can become a ski-superstar: Full speed ahed on the skimovie parallel-slalom and on the skimovie funslope mixed race on Gamskogel and shred down the slope at skimobie giant slalom at Kogelalm! Skitouren gehen wird immer populärer. Nicht unbedingt im freien Gelände, sondern auch auf ganz normalen Skipisten. Aus diesem Grund gibt es in Gastein die so genannten Skitouren Abende. Jeweils Mittwoch und Freitag ist die Graukogelhütte, und jeden Donnerstag die Stubneralm bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Die Pistenpräparierung findet erst danach statt. Zusätzlich haben diese beiden Hütten auch in den Vollmondnächten geöffnet. Wer aber das Abenteuer sucht, dem raten wir, sich mit einem unserer best ausgebildetsten Skiführer in Verbindung zu setzen

You can rent e-bikes and mountainbikes, from 20 "children's bicycles to hardtails (only suspension fork), fullys (fully suspended) and hardtails with a low step-through. Of course, it is also possible to rent a trailer from Thule (Chariot) with it nothing stands in the way of a family trip with the little ones.

Visit the mountain bike skills area in Kleinarl directly at our location with a new pump track and riding technique exercises for all skill levels. Here you can learn the necessary technique in a playful way to ride the trails safely.
