The idea behind Skischule Gastein is, due to the unique combination of state certified ski-, snowboard- and mountainguides, to bring the offer in the Gastein valley to the highest quality level.

In 3-D archery course you strengthen your stamina, muscle and concentration and test your skill with a bow and arrow. Participation in a course is recommend (by appointment only).

The traditional restaurant "Kreistenalm" is located at the top station of the 6-men chairlift Gernkogelbahn, on the slope to the valley. The family run alpine hut offers traditional dishes with full service.

Ski and snowboard school with rental (including telemark skis), sales, service and depot in one shop. A visit to Fun & Pro and everything is checked for the winter sports holiday – it couldn't be more convenient. Central location at the main lifts, ideal terrain for children, conveyor belts, colorful children's meadows and a wide range for adults: courses for beginners and advanced skiers, packages, snowshoe hikes, snowbiking ...

With the elevator "World Cup Express", which is located directly next to the top station of the Schwarzwandbahn, you go up to the Gamskogel. Here is not only the start of the spectacular World Cup slope, but also a fabulously beautiful vantage point. The highest excursion point in the "Salzburger Sportwelt", which can be reached by lift, is thanks to the World Cup final in 2002, when the downhill course was extended to include the steep starting slope on the Gamskogel. The World Cup Express is usually open in fair weather during the main season (except during race preparation and World Cup races).

The Radstadt/Altenmarkt ski area is an insider tip for skiers and toboggan fans in Ski amadé. On the small but very fine ski mountain, all 4 main lifts come together on the "Kemahdhöhe", the central point of the ski area.

Up here, in addition to the start of the 6km long Königslehen toboggan run and the popular photo motif mascot "Kinigl", there is also a sacred place with the Holy Family made of "Sölker marble" and a summit cross made of old lift parts. This place invites you to linger and relax with a magnificent view.
