THE ORGANIC MOUNTAIN RESTAURANT AT THE LUMBERJACK SHUTTLE

Welcome to the LUMBERJACK on the Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl, the first organic ski and mountain hut in the Alps and a new retreat for flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans, organized in the form of a food hall. Only organic products from the immediate vicinity and according to a clear concept of origin are eaten and drunk here in the heart of Ski amadé.

Für Genießer ist allerdings Zweiteres, das Bauernladenstüberl ein heißer Tipp: Denn dort gibt es nachweislich den besten Käse Österreichs. Im Sommer 2018 gewann Familie Aichhorn („Kreebauer“) vom Bauernladenstüberl mit der Genusskrone die höchste und nur alle 2 Jahre vergebene Auszeichnung aller Direktvermarkter des Landes für den besten Schnittkäse Österreichs 2018 und 2019. Diesen Gaumenschmaus sollte man sich keinesfalls entgehen lassen.

An excursion to the summit of the Stubnerkogel is definitely worthwhile: enthroned over the 140 m long suspension bridge which swings gently in the wind is the new, attractive viewing platform with the distinctive name “Glocknerblick”. The diameter of the round viewing plateau is 7 m. It is made mainly out of steel and wood. The platform is secured on the sides by wire mesh through which you can still enjoy the view. Glass in the floor at the front, which juts out over the mountainside, allows an unhindered view of the depths below.

Das Preunegg Stüberl liegt direkt im Skigebiet Reiteralm, auf einer Meereshöhe von 1.300 Meter. Es Ist bequem zu erreichen und liegt nur wenige Kilometer von Radstadt und dem bekanntem Skiort Schladming entfernt. 

The name of the region can be found in large letters as a wooden construction on the Schlossalmbahn in Bad Hofgastein. The approx. 3-meter lettering not only serves as an eye-catcher and photo motif, but also as a seat on the mountain. In addition to the magnificent view, you can also capture your mountain experience without taking a "selfie".
