Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die hausgemachte Sulze, das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Pfanne, der deftige Bauernschmaus, die wunderbaren Schweinemedaillons oder Wildspezialitäten sind nur einige unserer Spezialitäten. Zum süßen Abschluss laden die warme Mohntorte, Strudeln und Eis-Desserts ein. Wir sind sowohl für große Feiern als auch für Busse gerüstet. Über die neu errichtete Straße von Flachau aus sind wir problemlos und einfach zu erreichen. Wir bitten um Vorreservierung! Sledding enjoyment for the whole family promises the traffic-free natural run with a length of about 3 km at the Hotel Lammwirt.  You can either hike to the top, or enjoy a comfortable ride up there on the “Toboggan Express”.

For all who still want to take a fun sledding ride after dark, the sled run at the Hotel Lammwirt just right, the sled run is lit up until 10 p.m. Sled rental direct at the Hotel Lammwirt.

On the artificial skating rink in the St. Johann town centre (next to the Hahnbaum winter lifts). You can hire ice skates.

Was die österreichischen Profi-Skispringer in höchster Vollendung zeigen, können nun auch Hobbysportler im Ansatz erlernen. Den Teilnehmern werden nach und nach wichtige Grundbegriffe in Bezug auf materiallehre, Imitationstraining und Sprungtechnik beigebracht. Das Skisprungmaterial wird auf jeden Einzelnen angepasst und von der Skisprungschule zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei den wöchentlichen Schnupperkursen gehen die Teilnehmer mit den eigenen Alpin-Skiern über den Schanzentisch.
