► Wednesday: "Weinroas" with 10 top Austrian & Italian winegrowers in various hotels.
► Thursday: Gala dinner with wine accompaniment 
► Friday: "Pleasure & Wine Gala" in the heated gala tent with all the winegrowers pouring their wines and a Big Bottle for tasting. Enjoy unique dishes made from regional ingredients from the Grossarltal gourmet region, prepared by selected chefs from the Grossarltal. 
►Highest farmers' market in the Alps in Ski amadé throughout the week.

Equipped with a 1,800 m² wellness landscape of diverse pool and sauna world, beautifully designed relaxation rooms with personal resting place, fitness zones, beauty & spa treatments and all this with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain panorama of the Grossarl Valley in Salzburg Land! In addition, a weekly program is offered with yoga, guided hikes and much more. From host to "guest whisperer" – this is the philosophy of the Neudegger family together with their employees. It can happen that the guest whisperers already feel a wish, although it has not yet been expressed by the guest.

Exclusive and personal moments of pleasure also await in the restaurants with local products & passionate preparation. Meat products are sourced from the in-house butchery "Großarler Genuss" and wherever possible, products are purchased from the farmers and suppliers around the corner. The perfect place to get away from it all – sometimes the journey doesn't have to be far to be quite far away!

We live in the most beautiful land of milk and honey in the world. Cattle, calves, sheep, game, pigs, fish and much more, everything is within reach. We let these precious treasures flow into our kitchen with professionalism , consistency and passion.

Hermann Oberreiter , the owner of the house, had the idea to convert a cowshed into a more modern catering business. In 2000 the time had come: "Austrian cuisine interpreted in Asia". There are now creations that are probably not found anywhere else on a menu.

We have made it our business to offer you a selection of dishes that are in the tradition of Austrian cuisine, but are also internationally inspired. We source our meat from Austria, marked with the AMA quality seal, and the eggs from happy hens raised on the ground. Dairy products come from our region, apples from Styria and vegetables from Austrian farmers. Let our restaurant team accompany you, who will also be happy to help you with your choice of drinks and wines.
