A built 90% of wood in 1932 hut. It offers a breathtaking view of the Pinzgauer Kalkalpen and the Leoganger Steinberge or the Hochkönig. After skiing or after a hike, we will spoil you with all kinds of delicious treats, with products from our own farm.

With the new Panorama Link in the Heart of Ski amadé, you can enjoy the diverse offer of the three ski areas including 210 varied kilometers of slopes with a single lift ticket on just one ski day. While skiing between the villages of Wagrain and Kleinarl, you can enjoy an unmistakable mountain panorama of the Hohe and Niedere Tauern.

Marvel at the stunning views from one of our cosy rooms or on the panoramic terrace. Our chef will create international dishes with a regional focus, drinks and meals will of course be served at the table.

You should definitely not miss out on the regional dishes of the Steinbock Alm menu.
 

An excursion to the summit of the Stubnerkogel is definitely worthwhile: enthroned over the 140 m long suspension bridge which swings gently in the wind is the new, attractive viewing platform with the distinctive name “Glocknerblick”. The diameter of the round viewing plateau is 7 m. It is made mainly out of steel and wood. The platform is secured on the sides by wire mesh through which you can still enjoy the view. Glass in the floor at the front, which juts out over the mountainside, allows an unhindered view of the depths below.
