Competition: Cash4Tricks goes Instagram
1. Organizer
Organizer of this competition is the Ski amde GmbH, Prehauserplatz 3, 5550 Radstadt. This event is unrelated to Instagram, Youtube or Vimeo and is not sponsored nor organized by Instagram in any way.
2. Participation
The contest begins on February 1st, 2022 and runs until the end of the 2021/22 winter season or until the maximum number of participants has been reached. The winners will be determined from all those who contribution on Instagram according to the instructions. By submitting a contribution, the participants accept the conditions of participation. The selection od the winners will happen by the announced Judges.
3. Conditions of participation
Employees and members of Ski amadé GmbH and its partner companies are excluded from participating in the raffle. The participation of lottery agencies and other automatically generated mass entries and broadcasts is expressly excluded and not taken into account in the determination of winners.
4. Prize and prize determination
The winning entries will be determined via Instagram by a team of judges. The winners will be informed by PM and must respond to the notification of the prize within 7 days and provide their contact details (first name, surname, street, zip code, email address, telephone number). If this is not the case, the prize is forfeited. Prizes will be mailed to winners.
The prize is non-transferrable and can be redeemed in cash at the appropriate lift ticket offices in the snow parks. All costs, fees, taxes or duties that may arise in connection with the prize must be borne by the winner. By submitting a contribution, participants accept the conditions of participation.
5. Grant of rights of use and attribution
The participants grant the organizer free of charge and unlimited the simple right to reproduce, distribute, make available to the public, display, edit and transfer these rights to third parties, such as for example, technical service providers, to transfer. The grant is unlimited in time until the cancellation by the participants.
The participants agree that their contributions to the sweepstakes promotion as well as their names in connection with the sweepstakes promotion, the draw, handling or presentation of the entries will be made public by the organizer. The granting of the aforementioned rights is solely for the operation and the provision of the competition action and any presentation of participation fees in online and social media.
6. Exclusion of warranty
The organizer points out that the availability and function of the competition can not be guaranteed. The competition action may be terminated or removed, in particular due to external circumstances and constraints, without resulting in claims of the participants against the organizer. External circumstances and constraints may include technical problems, legal changes or third-party measures outside the control of the organizer. The winnings can not be redeemed in cash. The legal process is excluded.
7. Liability limitation
The organizer is not liable for injury to life, limb and health and does not require the participation of any dangerous or dangerous scenes.
8. Privacy Policy
The following data protection instructions clarify the participants about the type, the scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data in the context of the competition action by the organizer as a data protection law-responsible body. In addition, participants have the right to correct inaccurate data, revoke consent, block and delete their personal data, as far as there are no legal storage requirements.
11. Differing conditions, applicable law, contract language and contact
Deviating conditions of the participants are not recognized, unless the organizer expressly agrees to their validity in writing. Austrian law applies.
