The ascent trail starts at the valley station of the Fastenberg 6-seater chairlift and initially leads through the snow-covered forest up to the Wieslech reservoir and the Wieslechalm. The route continues along individual sections of the slopes, past the Flowline and Monster Jumpline summer trails, the womans start of the 2013 World Ski Championships, and the Planai reservoir. Via the Quellbodenhütte hut and the World Championshiops trail, you finally reach the mountain station of the Planai cable car, where you can enjoy a leisurely break.
