We source our meat from Austria, marked with the AMA quality seal, and the eggs from happy hens raised on the ground. Dairy products come from our region, apples from Styria and vegetables from Austrian farmers. Absolut School is the freeski and freestyle snowboard school of Absolut Park. Of course it also offers classic ski tuition.

Built in 2010 according to plans by Kuehn Malvezzi, it is located right next to the meadows where the horses of the Wetzlgut graze in summer, hence the name »Rossalm«. We fulfill our wish to cook “everyone’s favorite dish” with a fine selection of seasonal delicacies with regionally sustainably produced basic products.

In winter we serve Austrian delicacies for lunch. In the evening we will be happy to spoil you with a candle light dinner! The Rossalm is excellent with a fork in the Falstaff! And thanks to our guests, we have received the "Certificate of Excellence 2016" from TripAdvisor through numerous positive reviews. We would like to thank all guests who have made us this success!
