Competition: Valentines Day

1. Organiser
The organiser of this competition is Ski amde GmbH, Prehauserplatz 3, 5550 Radstadt. This competition is in no way connected to Facebook and Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram.

2. Participation
By participating in the competition by commenting on the respective competition post on Facebook or Instagram, participants accept these conditions of participation and privacy policy.

Participants have the opportunity to win two holidays for 2 people in a 4* hotel in Ski amadé for 3 nights with half board including ski passes. The prize is not redeemable in cash. Sale to third parties is illegal. Legal recourse is excluded.

3. Conditions of participation
Employees and relatives of Ski amadé GmbH and its partner companies are excluded from participating in the competition. Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. The participation of competition agencies and other automatically generated mass entries and mailings is expressly excluded and will not be taken into account when determining the winners.

4. Competition period:
14.02.2024, 12:00 CET – 16.02.2024 End 12:00 CET

5. Prize and determination of the winner
Two winners will be chosen at random from all comments (1x on Facebook & 1x Instagram). The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed in cash or exchanged and can only be redeemed in the 2023/24 winter season. No extension possible. Stay subject to hotel availability.

Winners will be informed of the prize via Instagram and Facebook. Winners must respond to the prize notification by private message within 7 days and provide their contact details (first name, surname, street, postcode, email address, telephone number). If this is not the case, the prize will be forfeited.

Any costs, fees, taxes or duties incurred in connection with the prize are to be borne by the winner. The prize is a pure holiday stay without travel. By submitting an entry, participants accept the conditions of participation.

6. Granting of rights of use and attribution
Participants grant the organiser the non-exclusive right, free of charge and without geographical restriction, to reproduce, distribute, make publicly accessible, exhibit and edit the content they provide to the organiser as part of the competition and to transfer these rights to third parties, such as technical service providers. This authorisation is granted for an unlimited period of time until it is revoked by the participants.

The participants agree that their contributions to the competition and their names may be made public by the organiser in connection with the competition, the draw, processing or presentation of the participants' contributions. The granting of the aforementioned rights serves solely for the operation and provision of the competition and any presentation of entries in online and social media.

7. Exclusion of warranty
The organiser points out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition may be terminated or removed, in particular due to external circumstances and constraints, without this giving rise to any claims by participants against the organiser. External circumstances and constraints may include technical problems, legal changes or third-party measures beyond the Organiser's control. The prizes cannot be redeemed in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.

8. Limitation of liability
The organiser is not liable for injury to life, limb or health and expressly assumes that participation does not involve any dangerous or hazardous scenes.

9. Data protection information
The following data protection information informs participants about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data as part of the competition by the organiser as the data controller under data protection law. The organiser collects, processes and uses the personal data of the participants only in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and for the provision, implementation and processing of the competition. By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to provide the organiser with the data provided until revoked.

10. Rights to information and cancellation
Participants have the right, upon request and free of charge, to receive information about the personal data stored about them by the organiser. In addition, participants have the right to correct incorrect data, revoke consent, block and delete their personal data, provided that there are no legal storage obligations to the contrary.

11. deviating conditions, applicable law, contract language and contact
Deviating terms and conditions of the participants will not be recognised unless the organiser expressly agrees to their validity in writing. Austrian law shall apply.
