Winter sports museum

Display of the general ski and winter sports history, with emphasis on the development of winter sports in the village of Haus im Ennstal with its Hauser Kaibling. During main season (summer and winter), open on Tuesdays from 10.00 h to 12.00 h and on Wednesdays from 16.30 h – 18.30 h. During low season, please contact us in cast you wish to visit the museum.

The Wengeralm is located directly on the ski slopes in the Gastein Valley at 1,650 m and offers guests a spacious restaurant, a cozy bar and a sun terrace. In the summer, right in the walking area near the middle station of the summit lift Fulseck located, it is a popular destination for hikers and families. Our cozy parlor with an open fireplace and comfortable seating invites you to spend sociable evenings.

With Ski school Filzmoos "In record time for fun on the slopes" since 1954. In the Filzmoos family ski area you will find plenty of space on the slopes, no queues at the lifts and short distances in the center of the village. Our local and international ski instructor team always strives for the highest quality with modern and innovative teaching methods in ski and snowboard lessons. From beginners to professionals, all family members will find the right lesson with us.Our teachers speak various languages such as German, English, Dutch, Italian, French,...

Our meeting point with office and large practice area is located right next to the Großbergbahn and the ski bus stop. Book your suitable course in advance in our online shop and avoid waiting times when registering – this is the best way for you and us to be organized at DISTANCE.

The Laireiter Alm is located at 1,850 m directly next to the Grossarltal panorama station. It offers space for 300 to 350 people in the interior. When the weather is fine, up to 500 people can enjoy the sun on our spacious terrace.

The Skialm Kreuzkogel is located directly between the two mountain stations of the Kreuzkogelbahnen at the highest point of the Grossarltal/Dorfgastein ski area. When the weather is nice you can enjoy the unique mountain panorama on the sun terrace. The rustic and cozy hut offers space for approx. 50-60 people. A special highlight is the après-ski bar right next to the hut.

For our children is available in Hugo's Kinderland one of the longest and most modern high-tech conveyor belts in the region with 26 m length. And do not forget our children's ski instructors with heart, humor and guaranteed pure skiing fun!
