Our accommodation takes part in the campaign "WORRY-FREE-BOOKING" in winter (when you book online between 7.01.2021 and 5.4.2021). We have adapted our cancellation rules accordingly, or if one of the following points is present, a free cancellation is possible until the day of arrival:


The “Corona Warning Light” operated by the Austrian Federal Government now classifies your intended holiday destination as a RED ZONE.
The border to Austria is closed and entry is no longer possible.
The foreign ministry of the guest’s home country has issued a travel warning for our holiday region/district with an advisory against non-essential travel. Travel to Austria for holiday purposes is not possible.
The guest or other persons living in the same household have tested positive for corona (medical certification of this fact may not be more than 48 hours old) or a government-ordered quarantine remains in effect at the previously scheduled time of arrival. In this case, the guest is required to present the host with appropriate documentation of the circumstances.
