Our holiday home Lechnerhof is located on the sunny plateau of Mitterberg, in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region, just a 5-minute drive from Gröbming. The sunny and quiet location promises a relaxing vacation for the whole family.

The holiday home Lechnerhof (approximately 132m²) offers you and your family a combination of tradition and simple modernity for 2-9 people and is made exclusively from larch and spruce wood. On the ground floor, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room with a fireplace; sauna with a bathroom; toilet, and ski boot dryer. On the upper floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms with satellite TV and a large bathroom.

In summer, our holiday home Lechnerhof is the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain tours. A cycling or mountain biking tour can also be started directly from our holiday home. The surrounding outdoor pools in Gröbming or St. Martin invite you to cool off on hot days. For those with an adventurous spirit, the Stoderzinken zipline, Adventure Park Gröbming, or Best Adventure Company are just the right choice.

Enjoy an unforgettable winter holiday with your family. The entrance to the Schladminger-4 Mountains ski carousel, one of Austria's largest holiday centers, is just a 15-minute drive away, as well as the family ski areas Galsterberg and Stoderzinken. With good snow conditions, the trails at Mitterberg invite you to enjoy cross-country skiing.

Our newly built holiday home made from local wood invites you to spend your vacation days in a comfortable atmosphere.

Your vacation domicile consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area as well as a living room with a couch and satellite TV.

The 3 rooms in the house are furnished with solid wood furniture and equipped with satellite TV. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a ski boot dryer, and a sauna!

As a small gesture, we provide you with milk and eggs for your breakfast from our own organic farm.
