The holiday house is located at the beginning of Flachau 400 m from the lift station Spacejet, cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails are in close proximity to the house. The house for 4 to 10 persons has 150m² living space and is therefore also very suitable for groups. It is comfortably furnished and has a stove with a window overlooking the fire. The living room and dining area is also very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is equipped in modern standard with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment. In the basement is the ski boot storage with ski boot dryer. The skis can be stored in the lockable wooden hut behind the house. Particularly worth mentioning is the penthouse-like attic bedroom with a wonderful view of the ski slopes from Grießenkar and the Flachau mountains.
