Radstadt, a small town in the middle of the mountains, is located in the centre of the ‘Ski amadé’ ski area. Perfect for hiking or skiing - this is the starting point for many great excursions.
The apartment with its own entrance offers space for 2-8 people. In addition to the cosy living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 separate WCs. There is also a private balcony, which invites you to linger in the midst of the peaceful countryside.
We also have a ski cellar, our own ski boot warmers and a sauna (for a fee). We are happy to deliver fresh pastries to your door every morning on request.

Arrival

Radstadt town entrance west, before the inner town centre turn right at the post office down the steep road (Moosbühel). After the railway crossing at the end of the road, turn right into Simonystraße and follow the signs to ‘Simonyhof/Kugellehen’. Diagonally opposite the flat is the Simonyhof youth hotel (large yellow building, Römerstraße 50). The reception for check-in and check-out is located there.
