The Kühberg Alm is a traditional Salzburg wooden hut in the bottom station of the Grafenberg Lift where skiers and guests can be spoiled all day long. We offer traditional Austrian home cooking, a different midday set menu every day and there is always plenty of choice: something warm from the soup bowl, various salads, baked potatoes, specialities of the region, pasta dishes and, of course, our homemade Austrian cakes and desserts.
The extensive evening menu offers specialities such as local beef, fresh fish in Mediterranean style, spare ribs and a wide range of desserts.
... but the best thing to do would be to have a look for yourself!
Ski & Wine Enjoyment Week 13th to 20th of March, 2021
During the "Ski & Wine Enjoment Week" the Kühbergalm is going to serve you their favourite dish: The Après Skijause! This dish contains:
- Ham
- Cheese
- Selfmade farmers-bread
Beside they would love to present their "wines of the week" to you. Those are:
- Sauvignon Blanc, Styrian classic 2017 from the winery Tement (white wine)
- Gelber Muskateller, classic 2017 from the winery Krispel (white wine)
- Blaufränkisch 12 from the winery Schiefer from the Burgenland (red wine)
- St. Lauren 15 BIO from the winery Gesellmann from the Burgenland (red wine)

You taste the dish the whole winter at the skihuts
Nelson Müller creates a dish exclusively for Wagrain-Kleinarl. You can enjoy this all winter in the Snow Space Salzburg and Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl ski areas. You find the delicious dish with food from "Bio aus dem Tal" on the menus in the ski areas. The hut owners use the same ingredients as Nelson Müller.
