The Tischlerhütte ski hut is located on the Aberg directly on the piste in the middle of the Hochkönig region of the Schönangerbahn, with a fantastic view of the Steinernes Meer - simply a place to feel good! The favourable piste location guarantees skiing fun for beginners and advanced skiers. If you just want to leave your skis in the valley, it's a 10-minute walk across the slopes to the terrace, where you can enjoy the food and the sun! Hot and cold dishes in our rustic and stylish hut will warm your heart.

Welcome to the LUMBERJACK on the Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl, the first organic ski and mountain hut in the Alps and a new retreat for flexitarians, vegetarians and vegans, organized in the form of a food hall. Only organic products from the immediate vicinity and according to a clear concept of origin are eaten and drunk here in the heart of Ski amadé.

Modern hospitality, spacious areas & first-class cuisine characterize the 5* star wellness hotel, which is located in the heart of the Grossarl Valley. In 62 rooms, feel-good ambience and alpine charm meet: wood from local forests, loden, leather and the breathtaking view of the mountains create a cozy atmosphere.

The name "Valley of the Alps" is rightly earned by the Grossarl Valley. Because nowhere else in Salzburger Land is there a valley that would be more deserving of this title. The entrance to Austria's largest ski region is already waiting directly in front of the: Ski amadé. With more than 70 magnificent kilometers of slopes, 18 modern lifts and guaranteed snow from December to April, the skiers' Eldorado of Grossarl-Dorfgastein in Salzburger Land is literally "at your feet".

In addition, a weekly program is offered with yoga, guided hikes and much more. From host to "guest whisperer" – this is the philosophy of the Neudegger family together with their employees. It can happen that the guest whisperers already feel a wish, although it has not yet been expressed by the guest.

Exclusive and personal moments of pleasure also await in the restaurants with local products & passionate preparation. Meat products are sourced from the in-house butchery "Großarler Genuss" and wherever possible, products are purchased from the farmers and suppliers around the corner. The perfect place to get away from it all – sometimes the journey doesn't have to be far to be quite far away!

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Skibus zum Nulltarif mit gültigem Skipass (ausgenommen Gruppen und Schülergruppen). Direkt vom Quartier, dem Ortskern von Haus im Ennstal, mit dem Skibus bequem und ohne Stress bis zur Talstation der 8er-Gondelbahn Hauser Kaibling und am Nachmittag wieder retour über die FIS-Talabfahrt (Piste Nr. 1a, 1b) ins Ortszentrum.

In Grossarl and Hüttschlag you can go cross country skiing on 25 km of tracked trails. For the most part, the trails in our region are tracked for classic as well as “skating” technique.

In Grossarl as well as Hüttschlag, there are cross-country trails lit up after dark on certain days. The ca. 2 km-long night trail in Grossarl is at the Reitwiese, open to skiers Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 until 8:30 p.m. In Hüttschlag, there is a ca. 3 km-long floodlit trail next to the Aschaustüberl. This is available to all skiers on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 6 and 8:30 p.m.

The Restaurant is located next to the mid station of Goldbergbahn. 

Winter Recreation in Filzmoos

Filzmoos is a winter paradise for the entire family. Perfectly groomed slopes of all difficulty levels will delight skilled carvers and riders. The wide slope and open terrain are perfect for children, rookies and returners. Those wanting to demonstrate their skills can do so on the Michaela-Kirchgasser-FIS-run. Cross country skiers will not miss out in Filzmoos either. The high altitude cross country track with 16 km on the Rossbrand mountain is easily accessible with the Papageno cablecar. Skigebiete-test.de has awared Filzmoos "TOP skia area" in the category "skiareas with up to 20 kilometers".

...and the surrounding mountains of the mountain inn Bliembauer is located at 1,070 m altitude. 
The ski hut is also easily accessible by car for non-skiers.
