The zipline on the Stoderzinken is the largest of its kind in Europe. The new zipline flies from 1,600 metres above sea level to the Gröbming Adventure Park at 900 metres. The principle of a ZipLine is simple: you and your friends glide down from the mountain into the valley on 4 parallel wire ropes without any intermediate supports. On the Stoderzinken, you can reach speeds of up to 115 km/h while flying over the treetops. This is a real test of courage, especially for adults.

Naturrodelbahn mit einer Länge von 3 km mit Ende direkt in Flachau!

Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die hausgemachte Sulze, das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Pfanne, der deftige Bauernschmaus, die wunderbaren Schweinemedaillons oder Wildspezialitäten sind nur einige unserer Spezialitäten. The 7-kilometre-long natural toboggan run on the Hochwurzen, approx. 10 minutes by car from the centre of Schladming, is one of the longest toboggan runs in the Alps. It is just as inviting for tobogganing during the day as it is at night.

Toboggans can be brought along or hired directly on site. The Hochwurzen summit lift then takes you up to the Hochwurzen mountain station, where the tobogganing fun can begin.

No winter holiday is complete without trying an exciting toboggan ride, which is sure to bring back some fond childhood memories! What could be more beautiful, after all, than hurtling down the snowy winter landscape through the forest and into the valley?

The 2.5-kilometre long natural toboggan run is ideally maintained. Night owls will also be able to have their fun – with the toboggan run and walking route lit in the evening!
