Ski amadé from A to Z

With an environmentally friendly and ecological, completely Co² neutral ice surface of 800 m², the Seminar- und Landhotel Häuserl im Wald offers a year-round ice sports facility for curling and ice skating!

A marvellous mountain backdrop and great views to the Dachstein – the Kaiblingalm is probably one of the most beautiful spots of all Styrian ski resorts. Easy to reach by the Alm 6er chairlift, one of Austria’s most modern and comfortable chairlifts: it is detachable, equipped with orange protection covers (“bubbles”), and has heated leather seats. Its base station is at 1,600 m, taking you up to an elevation of 1,950 m.

Have you ever dreamed to look at the world with the eyes of a bird – without motor, without noise? A paragliding flight can make this dream come true. And everyone can do it – in a tandem flight! Together with a qualified and experienced tandem pilot no previous courses or special requirements are needed, just a little bit of courage.

During the skiing and wine tasting week from March 14 to 21, 2026, we offer our guests at the Karbachalm some special highlights.

The Jagahütte is located directly on the exit of the slope No. 5 Hochbrand at the confluence of the slope Himmelreich No. 10 at 1600 m. The cozy dining room with a great ambience invites you to linger. The sunny terrace is a perfect place for ski tourers an skiers as well. The Jagahütte also offers overnight acccommodation for up to 12 people. 

A heart-warming moment is guaranteed when tobogganing on the Galsterberg. The 5 km long natural toboggan run not only offers fast-paced fun, but also a perfect stopover with a fantastic photo point that opens up a breathtaking view over the Enns Valley.

Welcome to the Sky Club Austria

It is our own enthusiasm for paragliding that makes our Sky Club what it is. Come and see, you too will be thrilled. From December to March, we offer fantastic tandem passenger flights from the Hauser Kaibling! You start your flight from the highest peak of the Schladming interlinked four mountains in the ski area Ski amadé.

To start the adventure, it takes only a few steps to set up the paraglider, a short sprint, and you take off and feel free. Your pilot is an experienced flight instructor and tandem pilot. 

Intersport Arena in Flachau, inmitten des Skiparadieses Ski amadé, bietet die hochwertigsten Marken und Materialien für den Wintersport. Unser Anliegen ist es unsere zwei Sportshops mit innovativen und neuen Produkten auszustatten. In unseren Shops – 1x im Gebäude der Talstation vom Achterjet sowie 1x in der “Alpenarena” beim Starjet 1 wird Qualität großgeschrieben.
