“Juniors on Skis” guarantees maximum learning fun and real progress for beginners and advanced children between the ages of 6 and 13. In small groups, divided by language and age, trained ski instructors show children how to stand on skis with fun. In addition to full-day supervision and learning content based on international standards, the programme also includes a daily children’s activity programme and an exciting final ski race.

What parents & children can look forward to
Details about the “Juniors on Skis” course:
- Course times: The course can be booked throughout the entire season. Beginners can start every Sunday or Monday, while advanced children can join daily. The children are supervised for the whole day, for at least five hours including lunch break and catering*, with exact times set by the respective ski school.
- Course duration: The standard course duration is five days. Fewer days are possible on request.
- Course variants: There are two course variants – one for complete beginners and one for slightly advanced skiers who can already ski on blue slopes, brake independently and safely, and turn in both directions.
- Group allocation: The course takes place in limited small groups. To ensure good group dynamics, groups are formed according to age and language.
- Ski rental: The ski schools offer ski rental and/or rental through partner cooperation agreements.
- Ski course: The instructors are (children’s) ski instructors at different training levels with strong professional and social skills, teaching content according to international standards. If children take part actively, improved performance is guaranteed. Above all, they learn to ski better – and with fun.
- Additional features: A children’s area and child-friendly uphill assistance (magic carpet, conveyor belt, etc.) are available for the course.
- Activity programme: The respective ski school creates a daily children’s activity programme with “fun features”. At the end of the course, there is a final ski race with an award ceremony.
- “Nice to have”: Some ski schools offer courses in the children’s native language, ways to involve parents, and additional individual fun features. More information is available from the respective ski school.
- Terms and conditions: The terms and conditions of the respective ski school apply. The course can be booked during the opening hours of the respective ski school.
