Conditions of Participation and Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy
The organizer collects and uses personal data exclusively for the purpose of running the contest and processing prize delivery. The data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above. Participants are entitled to the statutory rights of access, rectification, and withdrawal.

Organizer
The contest is organized by Ski amadé GmbH, Prehauserplatz 3, 5550 Radstadt (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer"). The contest is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook or Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participants and the contact person is solely Ski amadé GmbH.

Conditions of Participation

1. By taking part in the contest by posting a screenshot in their own Instagram story, in the comment section under the contest post on Facebook, or by uploading the screenshot in the form on the my Ski amadé Friends Club contest page, participants accept these conditions of participation and the privacy policy.
   
   
2. All persons aged 14 and over who are a "fan" of Ski amadé on Facebook or Instagram, meaning they have marked the page with "Like" or "Follow", or who are members of the my Ski amadé Friends Club, are eligible to participate.
   
   
3. Participants have the chance to win prizes with a total value of approx. EUR 8,000.-. The voucher for the ALL-IN Card White is valid only for the 2025/26 season and can be redeemed at all lift ticket offices in Ski amadé. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Sale to third parties is unlawful. Material prizes from partners will be sent to the winners and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
   
   
4. Prize period:
   Week 1: 21.11. – 28.11.2025, ends at 12:00 CET
   Week 2: 28.11. – 05.12.2025, ends at 12:00 CET
   Week 3: 05.12. – 12.12.2025, ends at 12:00 CET
   
   
5. How to take part:

   To enter successfully, a screenshot of the contest reel must be taken showing an uncovered Memory card pair with identical prizes (e.g. two identical ski pole pairs). Only screenshots with two identical prizes count as entries; screenshots of card pairs showing different prizes, as well as card pairs consisting of one prize and one empty card, are invalid.
   
   Instagram: Participation in the contest takes place by posting a screenshot that meets the above participation criteria in your own story and using the tags: @skiamade #seasonkickoff25
   
   Facebook: Participation in the contest takes place by posting a screenshot that meets the above participation criteria in the comment section of the respective contest post.
   
   Friends Club: my Ski amadé Friends Club members have a double chance of winning by uploading a screenshot from Instagram or Facebook that meets the above participation criteria in the form on the my Ski amadé Friends Club contest page https://www.skiamade.com/sko-my
   
   The prizes will be raffled exclusively among community members who follow Ski amadé on Facebook and Instagram.
   Exception: my Ski amadé Friends Club members

6. Copying and reposting screenshots from other participants is not permitted. Only one entry per person is allowed.

7. The winners will be selected at random from all submitted screenshots and notified via the comment function (Facebook) and by story tag / DM (Instagram). The my Ski amadé Friends Club winners will also be selected at random and notified by email. Participants expressly agree that their name may be published under the post in the event of a win.
   
   
8. The winners must respond within 14 days of notification, providing their contact details for prize delivery. The prize will be delivered by post. The organizer bears the shipping costs and accepts no liability for correct delivery.
   
   
9. If the winner does not respond within the specified period or if the prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, the prize will be forfeited.
   
   
10. The organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the contest, especially if proper execution of the contest cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. Such reasons may include computer viruses, manipulation or attempts at misuse, hardware and/or software errors, or changes to Meta promotion guidelines.
    The organizer also reserves the right to remove abusive posts or posts that do not comply with the "netiquette" without comment.
    
    
11. Participants who violate these conditions of participation or the Meta terms of use and guidelines may be excluded from participation and blocked from access to the pages without stating reasons.
    
    
12. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
    
    

The conditions of participation are subject to Austrian law.
