Variety plays a very important role in our cuisine and we also like to take a look beyond the region's culinary horizons - but always with the awareness that sustainability is part of it.

Sonnalm Zauchensee – Sense of home and cosiness at 1740 metre altitude int the middle of the ski area Zauchensee. Traditional cottage in old wood with great sun terrace and outlook to the mountain world directly at the slope. Austrian kitchen with local delicacies and liqueurs, schnaps and beef from the own farm. (Kirchgassgut).

Skifahren in seiner schönsten Form erleben!

From the Sonnalm, the toboggan path leads through the snow-covered coniferous forest in serpentines down to the hotel village of Zauchensee at 1,350 m. A gentle route with a constant gradient.

Price per sledge: € 4.00; Use of the toboggan run is free!

Accessibility: on foot (4 km. Walking time approx. 1:15 h)

The culinary highlight of the Schladming-Dachstein region!
The AlmArenA impresses with excellent food and a relaxed atmosphere right on the ski slope at the Hauser Kaibling valley station.

The extensive menu offers much more than an "ordinary" ski hut. Only high quality products are processed and drinks and food are served just as the chefs, Christian Gappmayr and Christian Steiner, would like to enjoy themselves!

Bikerental INTERSPORT Maria Alm - Dorf 8

Tobogganing is great fun for all ages.

The Kleinbergalm can be reached on foot from the centre of the village or on the Grossberg chairlift. The alpine hut and the toboggan run are very popular – in the evenings too.
