Cancellation guarantee for online ski pass purchases
Buy your ski pass in the Online Ticketshop with the cancellation guarantee and secure the option to cancel your ski pass up to 2 days before it becomes valid. *

* Cancellation guarantee available when purchasing multi-day tickets and selected day tickets in the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop. Cancellation of ski passes is only possible with the booked cancellation guarantee. The cancellation guarantee costs € 3.00 per day and ski pass. Subsequent booking of the cancellation guarantee after completing the order is not possible. The full ski pass can be cancelled without giving reasons up to 2 days before the start of ticket validity (e.g. if the ticket is valid from Saturday, the cancellation guarantee can be requested until Wednesday, 11:59 pm). Cancellation requests can be made by email, stating the order number and order name, to the selling company. Partial refunds for individual days are excluded from cancellation.
