    If you are arriving by train, get off at the St. Johann im Pongau Intercity station. Tip: the ÖBB Railjet goes directly to St. Johann. The Alpendorf ski area or your hotel is best reached by taxi, bus, or your accommodation’s shuttle service. From the St. Johann im Pongau express train station, free ski buses run to all arriving trains directly to the ski area in St. Johann – Alpendorf. And that’s not all: anyone traveling by train can purchase a discounted combined ticket (train & ski pass) at all Austrian railway stations before departure.

    Arrival by bus
    The Snow Space Salzburg ski area in St. Johann – Alpendorf is also connected to the public transport network. ÖBB Postbuses serve Alpendorf every 30 to 60 minutes, and City buses take you free of charge from St. Johann to Alpendorf.
