Rittisberg with combined lift and varied pistes

From the magic carpet to the gondola lift

The Rittisberg offers ski pistes at different levels of difficulty. Families enjoy the wide runs and the Märchen ski trail. Skilled skiers can venture onto steeper terrain. For professionals, there is a dedicated training ski slope.

A key feature is the combined lift with chairs and gondolas. It takes winter sports guests to the summit and offers flexible ascent options. Thanks to the new lift system, cross-country skiing on the Rittisberg is also possible.

In Ramsau am Dachstein, beginners can make progress step by step. Children and beginners start on the magic carpet and the T-bar lift. T-bar lifts make it easier to get started because children can ride them without an adult companion.

This helps young skiers prepare well for the gondola lift on the Rittisberg. The Skischule Ramsau, the largest children's ski school in the region, is located directly at the Rittisberg and accompanies children as they learn in the snow.

    Kaliland at the Rittisberg

Kaliland is a large adventure area for snow-loving children. The child-friendly Kalilift takes little piste fans uphill. The lift staff supports children during their first attempts and helps them get on and off the lift safely.

Around the beginner slope, many playful features await: a giant Kali to ride through, a giant slide, a warm stone oven, mushroom houses, tipis and igloos. This makes learning how to brake and turn varied and fun. Adults who are skiing for the first time also find good conditions for their first turns in Kaliland thanks to the gentle gradient.
