Our restaurant Tennestadl, which opened in 2016 and has 96 seats inside and 60 seats on the west-facing terrace, is located directly in the Hohenhaus Tenne, yet shielded from the hype. From the Sonnalm, the toboggan path leads through the snow-covered coniferous forest in serpentines down to the hotel village of Zauchensee at 1,350 m. A gentle route with a constant gradient.

Simply relax and unwind. Cosy up in the Hollywood swing on the Kieserl and enjoy the snow-covered mountain world without thinking about anything. 

Built in 2010 according to plans by Kuehn Malvezzi, it is located right next to the meadows where the horses of the Wetzlgut graze in summer, hence the name »Rossalm«. We fulfill our wish to cook “everyone’s favorite dish” with a fine selection of seasonal delicacies with regionally sustainably produced basic products.

In winter we serve Austrian delicacies for lunch. In the evening we will be happy to spoil you with a candle light dinner! The Rossalm is excellent with a fork in the Falstaff!
