An absolute highlight for families is Toni’s Alpine Playground on the Hochkönig. Here, the mountain becomes a giant adventure playground: water and sand play areas for the little ones, a climbing tower, slacklines and activity stations, Alpine Frisbee for some playful action, relaxation and barbecue areas for a relaxing break, and the over 2km-long marble run trail.

Mountaincart Hochkönig – 6.5 km of action and panoramic views
Right next to the mountain station, another highlight begins: the mountain cart track that takes you straight down into the valley.
After a quick briefing, you’re off: a 6.5 km track with a 650-metre descent – pure action and driving fun.
As you hurtle down into the valley, you’ll enjoy one of the most stunning views of the Hochkönig – adrenaline and nature perfectly combined.
