Contest: Ski amadé Instagram photo contest „#skiamadebestmoment26“

1. Organizer
The organizer of our contests is Ski amadé GmbH, Prehauserplatz 3, 5550 Radstadt. The contests are not connected to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube or Vimeo and are in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, Instagram, Youtube or Vimeo.

2. Participation
The contest begins with the announcement on the Ski amadé Instagram channel on 26.03.2026. Everyone then has time to post their contribution on Instagram and tag it according to the instructions. The 16 battle entries are selected by lot. The selected battle entries will compete against each other in 1v1 mode in the @skiamade Instagram story starting on 13.04.2026 at 1 p.m. CET. The image with the most votes advances to the next round each time. By submitting an entry, participants accept the terms and conditions of participation.

3. Terms of participation
Employees and relatives of Ski amadé GmbH and its partner companies are excluded from participation in the contest. Eligible to participate are persons aged 16 and over with a maximum Instagram follower count of 2000. Only one image per person may be submitted; in the case of an image carousel, the first image counts. Participation by contest agencies and other automatically generated mass entries and submissions is expressly excluded and will not be considered when determining the winners.

4. Prize and determination of the winner

Places 1-3 are determined by public voting on Instagram. The winners will be informed by PM and must respond to the prize notification within 7 days and provide their contact details (first name, surname, street, postal code, email address, telephone number). If this is not the case, the prize will be forfeited.

Contest prizes:
1st place: 1x Ski amadé trip for 4 people: 4 nights in a 4* hotel with half board and 3-day ski passes for the 2026/27 or 27/28 winter season
2nd place: 1x Ski amadé ALL-IN Card White 2026/27
3rd place: 1x Martini Sportswear Hybrid Jacket (for women or men)

The prizes will be sent to the winners. The prize cannot be transferred, paid out in cash or exchanged. Any costs, fees, taxes or charges incurred in connection with the prize must be borne by the winner. By submitting an entry, participants accept the terms and conditions of participation.

Among all people who voted for their favorite in the @skiamade Instagram story during the contest period, a draw will determine the winners of the voting prizes.

5. Granting of rights of use and crediting of name
The participants grant the organizer free of charge and without geographical restriction the simple right to reproduce, distribute, make publicly accessible, display and edit the content they have provided to the organizer as part of the contest campaign, as well as to transfer these rights to third parties, such as technical service providers. The granting is unlimited in time until revoked by the participants.

The participants agree that their entries for the contest campaign and their names in connection with the contest campaign, the draw, handling or presentation of the participant entries may be made public by the organizer. The granting of the above-mentioned rights serves solely the operation and provision of the contest campaign and any presentation of entries in online and social media.

6. Exclusion of warranty
The organizer points out that the availability and functionality of the contest campaign cannot be guaranteed. In particular, the contest campaign may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances and constraints without any claims by participants against the organizer arising from this. External circumstances and constraints may include technical problems, changes in the law or measures by third parties beyond the organizer's control. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Legal recourse is excluded.

7. Limitation of liability
The organizer is not liable for injury to life, body or health and expressly does not require any dangerous or hazardous scenes for participation.

8. Data protection information
The following data protection information informs participants about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the organizer as the controller under data protection law as part of the contest campaign. The organizer only collects, processes and uses the participants' personal data in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations and for the provision, implementation and handling of the contest campaign. By taking part in the contest, the participant agrees to provide the organizer with the data they have entered until revoked.

9. Right to information and revocation
Upon request, participants have the right to receive free information about the personal data stored about them by the organizer. In addition, participants have the right to rectification of incorrect data, revocation of consent, blocking and deletion of their personal data, insofar as no statutory retention obligations conflict with this.

10. Facebook notes and conditions
If the contest campaign takes place within Meta, the following provisions also apply:
In addition to these terms and conditions of participation, the relationship between the organizer, the participant and Meta is governed by the terms and conditions of participation https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms and Meta's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

The participants cannot assert any claims against Meta that arise in connection with participation in and use of the contest campaign. The participants acknowledge that the contest campaign is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Meta or is in any way connected to Meta. All inquiries and information regarding the contest campaign should be directed to the organizer and not to Meta.

11. Deviating terms, applicable law, contract language and contact
Any deviating terms and conditions of the participants shall not be recognized unless the organizer expressly agrees to them in writing. Austrian law shall apply.
